Families requiring onsite supervision during lockdown periods will be required to fill in the form below and email it to the address identified in the document. Onsite supervision will only be provided where families met the criteria being set by the Department of Education and as directed by the Chief Health Minister.

The Department of Education provides a 0-12 Literacy and Numeracy Tips to Help Your Child Everyday handbook, which provides a range of strategies and ideas for parents to use at home to help support your child’s literacy and numeracy skills in a number of areas.

Parenting Information for School Age Children

The Department of Education provide a parenting information section on the DET website on school aged children. This section of the website contains information on enrollment and starting school, your child’s learning, child development and school readiness, and services for parents.

Self Regulation – Parenting Strategies and Course

This course is designed for parents to dip their toes into self-regulation strategies and learn some of the basics and how they apply to parenting.

The BRAVE Program

BRAVE is an online, psychological program for the treatment of childhood and adolescent anxiety.

This Royal Children’s Hospital site is dedicated to providing quality, up-to-date health information. With fact sheets that have been developed for parents and adolescents, and covers pertinent topics about medical conditions and the services available at The Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne. The information is also available through the app.

My Time

MyTime is a support program for parents and carers of children with a disability, developmental delay or chronic medical condition. It’s a place for you to unwind and talk about your experiences.

State Schools Relief

State Schools’ Relief is a not for profit organisation that supports the needs of underprivileged Victorian government school students by providing new school uniforms, shoes and educational resources. SSR work side by side with all Victorian Primary, Secondary, Special Developmental and Language schools to ensure that any students facing hardship have the necessary clothing and appropriate footwear for school.
